Delicious food, clean and spacious rooms and great location. The hotel offered welcome drinks and a special Christmas dinner, which was enjoyable. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city, but still close to local attractions. The pool was great for relaxing during the day.
The service at the hotel was poor. The staff were not friendly or helpful, and we felt unwelcome as if we were a burden to them.

The hotel's team is incredibly hospitable, providing attentive and warm service. They went above and beyond to fulfill any luxurious needs we had. the modern property boasts high-quality facilities, including a restaurant with delicious food. We particularly enjoyed the private facilities, which were exclusive and added to the luxurious experience.
While we had a great stay, we did experience a minor issue with the pool being too shallow for those looking to swim laps. Despite this, the pool area was still a pleasant place to relax.

The hospitality was excellent, with warm welcomes and attentive staff. The hotel was modern with high-quality facilities. The food was recommended and delicious. I can't wait to come back for the Cambodia fried rice and ice coffee.

This resort truly provides a peaceful atmosphere away from the city's noise and bustle. Tuk-tuks are available to reach local tourist attractions. the lobby is spacious and decorated in a modern style. the rooms and spacious bath are very clean and comfortable, with a tranquil atmosphere. Attentive staff provided an excellent level of service. Delicious breakfast. the restaurant, spa, and other amenities are available.
The spa treatments were a bit expensive compared to similar services in town.

The facilities were great: the large lobby was a welcome sight and the pool was well-maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant staff. The breakfast really hit the spot in the mornings too!

The hotel staff surprised us with a birthday cake and a personalized bouquet, even though it wasn't our special day. The level of hospitality was really good and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
